Is Your Laser Printer Due For Maintenance?

Did you know laser printers can print over 1,000,000 pages if they are properly maintained!

To get the most from your laser printer have a maintenance kit installed every 200,000 pages printed. Just like doing the 30K,60K or 90K mile service on your car, laser printers require periodic maintenance to run their best.

Here are some signs that your laser printer may be due for a maintenance kit:

1. Paper is not feeding through the printer like normal
2. Lines are appearing on the pages printed
3. The printer is making noises that you know is not normal

LABELS AND LASER PRINTERS

Laser printers work great when you need to print labels for large mass mailings. However, you should never feed a sheet of labels through a laser printer if you have already peeled off any of the labels on the sheet. Feeding partial sheets through the printer can lead to labels coming off and getting stuck inside the printer. So next time you print labels, print whole sheets of labels and don't run the risk of damaging the components inside your laser printer.
